What is Royal DecoFurnishing 10 days return/exchange policy? How does it work?
Royal DecoFurnishing 10 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items on certain conditions purchased within 10 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. Please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:
1. Pick up: We offer a free pick up service if the product is defective, damaged, incomplete or wrong order delivered by providing online return receipt to the buyer Via Email or Whatsapp. You just need to print and paste the receipt on the Packet or Box. The Logistic team will pick it up from your mentioned address.
2. Self-Ship: Apart from the above mentioned reasons or in case you want to exchange the products, you will have to ship the product to our warehouse address mentioned in one of the below FAQ.
Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and after quality check, We shall dispatch the fresh replacement parcel from our end with the exchange products mentioned by you. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
1. Please note we do not refund the amount of your order unless we are not able to deliver the order at your address.
2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You can buy anything else of the same amount or you will have a credit balance with us which you can use for your future purchases.
3. Please note that we do not refund Shipping charges incurred by you in self ship.
4. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
5. Please check the items, type of return/exchange and other related details carefully—our courier partner will pick-up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the Return request by you
6. In case the items handed over to the courier person doesn’t match the details of the items mentioned in the Return request, we will conduct an internal investigation and get back to you accordingly
7. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order ?
For any defective, damaged, incomplete, wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received on our WhatsApp number +91- 9780000267 or call on +91- 9780000267 and we will investigate it with our internal team. After the investigation exchange process will start as mentioned in the above FAQ.
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, We will replace the Wrong/ Damaged/ Defective order. You can also buy anything else of the same amount or you can have a credit balance with us which you can use for your future purchases.
If the order is Incomplete the missing pieces will be sent to you in a fresh parcel.
** Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
What should be done if my package has been opened or seems tampered?
You can return and replace the products purchased from Royal DecoFurnishing within 10 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps –
1. You can easily place a return request by entering your & product information.
2. We offer pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability.
3. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags intact. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup. Once your return reaches our warehouse and the product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit refund into the source selected by you at the time of return initiation. Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then please self-ship the product to us. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No. and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. How long will it take for me to receive the exchange of my returned product?
1. The entire return and replacement request journey can take upto 7 – 15 business days
2. We will pick up the return within 2 – 5 days from the request placement date
3. The return takes about 3 – 8 business days to reach our warehouse as per the pin codes.
4. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes all the necessary quality checks, We will replace the Wrong or Defective order. You can also buy anything else of the same amount or you can have a credit balance with us which you can use for your future purchases.
How do I return multiple products from a single order?
1. If you are returning multiple products from a single order together, After checking return pickup pin code and terms of return mentioned above, we will generate a single Return ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the same. You can buy anything else of the same amount or you will have a credit balance with us which you can use for your future purchases.
2. If you wish to return another product from a single order at a later date, still within the 10 days return policy, we will accept your return but we will not arrange a reverse pick-up for the second time.
Does Royal DecoFurnishing pick up the product I want to return & replace from my location?
Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes and if the product have any of the problems like defective, damaged, incomplete or wrong order delivered. Please note the following salient points –
1. We will pick up the return within 3 – 5 business days from the request placement date
2. Please keep the return shipment ready
How can I Self-Ship the product to Royal DecoFurnishing?
If you want the exchange any of our products or if your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package.
Where should I self-ship the returns/exchange?

Why has my return/exchange request been declined?
This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.
Why did the pick-up of my product fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care.
